#Our policy
- Free trial: Trail and Summit include a 14-day trial with no card required. No charge applies unless you subscribe.
- Monthly plans: if you subscribe and the Service isn't right for you, contact support@citeroot.app within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals are not refundable but you can cancel at any time.
- Annual plans: you may request a prorated refund for the unused months within 30 days of your first annual payment. After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Add-ons and research credits: unused credits are non-refundable once purchased, unless the Service materially failed to deliver them.
- Service failures: if we materially fail to provide the Service, we'll credit or refund the affected period.
- Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
#How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
